I am a professional translator of legal and commercial texts from and into English.
My long and successful career as translator is built on the foundations of solid expertise, a professional work attitude, confidentiality, never missing a deadline, and flexibility. Each assignment is executed professionally and on schedule, and each client receives individual assistance according to their individual requirements.
My translation fees are calculated on the basis of so-called “standard lines” of 55 characters, and thus depend on the volume of the respective text. I do not charge express fees for very urgent translations or translations that need to be done over the weekend.

Legal translations are often the basis for a client’s further negotiations in legal transactions, are necessary to provide information to foreign investors, or are submitted to courts and authorities in connection with legal disputes. In addition to an excellent knowledge of the language, I have also gained the necessary legal expertise from my long-term collaboration with my clients who are lawyers or members of corporate legal teams.
The texts I translate include, but are not limited to, terms and conditions, balance sheets, certificates issued by Austrian and foreign notaries, commercial registry extracts, birth certificates, court documents, laws, land registry extracts, financial statements, marriage certificates, letters of complaint, identity documents, minutes, arbitration awards, pleadings, criminal records, all types of contracts, certificates, and many more.
As a court-sworn interpreter, I am regularly called upon by courts and authorities to interpret during proceedings or to produce certified translations of documents for submission in court. I was certified as court-sworn translator and interpreter after having qualified in judicial administration proceedings in which strict selection criteria were applied.
Austrian courts and authorities require documents in English to be submitted as certified translations into German, Austria's official language. As a certified and court-sworn interpreter, I can affix my signature and seal to certify that the translation provided is accurate.
